The dinner service will start at 6:00 pm, followed by a four-course meal and discussion.

Course 3 (Main):
Pork/Rabbit 3 Preparations
Way 1: Pork/Rabbit sausage & sour kraut stuffed in red cabbage braised w/ red pepper coulis. Paired w/ pearl onions & carrots poached in Iron Fist Brewing Co. Spice of Life.
Way 2: Rabbit leg confit over a ragout of white beans, roasted garlic, house-cured bacon, and leeks. Iron Fist Brewing Co. Velvet Glove chasseur sauce of brown beech mushrooms.
Way 3: Coconut crusted pork tenderloin served on a bed of warm curried
German potato salad.
